Private bathroom and storage. King Bed with large dresser and closet. Pass the time away with your own pool table and enjoy the cozy fireplace. Lease includes one garage stall and semi-private entrance. Walk through the utility/laundry room and down the stairs to your own oasis. All water, trash, utilities and Wifi are included. We also have a large desk for remote work in the game room, but it is not in the photos. 200 yards away from extensive walking trails and some of the prettiest mountain views in Denver. Take a 10-minute walk down to the local grocery store and local Starbucks. 20 minute drive to Denver Tech Center, 15 minute drive to Sky Ridge Medical, 35 minute drive to downtown Denver, 45 minute drive to Denver Airport. Two conservative single moms (one with a 15-year-old daughter and the other with one daughter college-age) share the rest of the home upstairs. We keep much to ourselves, are generally quiet, but will give you a friendly hello in passing. One pet welcome with a $375 non-refundable pet deposit. Fully declawed cats welcome. Dogs are welcome with the understanding that they will need to go on walks to relieve themselves. Sorry, no use of front or backyard for dogs. Dogs must be well-trained and cannot bark a lot or must be willing to use a barking collar to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. The 15-year-old is happy to provide dog sitting services while you're at work or away for a minimal fee. : ) Sorry - No smoking and not 420-Friendly. This is a fully furnished apartment and only has one bedroom with little option for another sleeping area.
