Staff is horrible and a/c can never catch up
The prices keep jumping up on the rent higher than what's told to you by management. They never call you back and it takes forever to get something fixed. The area is nice but the walls are super thin so you can hear your neighbors very easily. We live in a top floor and our a/c isn't cold at all is never able to catch up even in days where it's like 75 outside. We've complained before and they say it's working just fine. Oh and the water bill is outrageous! You don't get a bill for your own usage but it's all combined then split between apartments so if 8 people are living in one unit and 2 in the other then you have to make up for their water usage. It's normally around $50 a month just for water for 2 people. Ridiculous.
