The pool heater is turned off between June 1st and September 30th to prevent algae growth. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests are responsible for trash and recycling bin placement on designated days. Umbrellas should always be closed when not in use. Beach equipment should be shaken off and rinsed before returning. Lights should be turned off when leaving the house, and the A/C should not be set below 72°F. Windows and sliders must be kept closed while the A/C is running. Ceiling fans should be left on at all times when possible. The dryer lint trap must be cleaned after each use, and the dishwasher should be loaded and run before checkout. The garbage disposal should not have anything put inside that could cause clogs. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Absolutely no parties are allowed.
