The World Tour community is a quiet and peaceful location so no need to worry about large crowds! This complex is located on the World Tour Golf Course, and is a short drive drive to the MYR International Airport, Market Commons, and all of Myrtle Beach's attractions. World Tour 106A is beautifully decorated and offers a bright, beautiful living area conveniently located on the first floor! The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a golf course view that can't be beaten! The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying quality time with your family. One bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has a queen and a twin bed in it! Also for your convenience use the washer and dryer inside of the condo and avoid the laundromat! Other Things to Note: Guests of World Tour get two parking passes. This condo is completely non-smoking. This condo is NOT pet friendly. This community is not motorcycle or trailer friendly. This community has an on-site fitness center for your enjoyment! This unit is available starting December 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024. Rent is $1,495 per month, security deposit is $1,000. A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in.
