This is a gated community featuring a gym, tennis courts, heated outdoor pool and a nice courtyard area with seating and grills. Unit is only 3 miles from the beautiful gulf beaches and everything you need is conveniently located. The Pinellas biking/walking trail is only 1/4 mile away and Madeira Beach is a quick 7-8 minute drive. Clearwater/St. Pete beaches are 7 miles away. Grocery stores, malls, restaurants, and parks are all walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and activities within 10 minutes. The condo itself is very roomy with plenty of space for lounging, dining and sleeping. Full kitchen with laundry in the unit and a nice balcony for relaxing. Fully furnished and utilities are included up to a reasonable amount. In other words normal usage is covered, but if the tenant uses utilities excessively (usually electricity using computers/servers or water) it would have to be covered by the tenant. 30 day minimum rental, but 3, 6 and 12 month lease is also available. Rent amount is different throughout the year as there is low and high season, so it varies from $2450-$3550 depending on the month, season and length of lease. The neighborhood is about a block southwest of St. Petersburg College-Seminole Campus and roughly eight miles south of Clearwater. West Coast beaches are easily accessible for swimming, boating, fishing, and beachcombing.
