Free parking is available for multiple vehicles. You're 5–10 minutes from the area's best beaches and restaurants, including Aroy Thai & Sushi, Mama’s Kitchen, Taquitos Mexican, Mario’s Ristorante Italiano, The Conch Republic Grill, and Frog Pond. Nearby attractions include Archibald Beach Park, Treasure Island Beach, The Pirate Ship Royal Conquest, John’s Pass Village, The Dalí Museum, St. Pete Pier, Florida Holocaust Museum, Boca Ciega Millennium Park, and Sunken Gardens. Groceries and essentials are nearby at Walmart, Publix, Target, and Sprouts. The pool maintenance team comes by every Tuesday and Friday to clean, check, and maintain the pool.
