This centrally located home is just minutes from Rogers Place, Commonwealth Stadium, the River Valley, and downtown, making it easy to enjoy Edmonton’s best events, nature, and dining scenes. Guests are within walking distance of Commonwealth Stadium, the Expo Centre, and Rogers Place, making it a great base for sports fans, event-goers, and concert lovers. The area is also steps away from Little Italy and Chinatown, offering a unique culinary experience with local cafes, bakeries, and authentic international cuisine. McCauley is well connected by public transit and major roads, offering easy access to downtown, the River Valley trails, and NAIT or Royal Alexandra Hospital. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM, and a $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized events or parties on the property at any time. Pets are not permitted in the home, and a minimum $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized pets in the property and may increase to cover additional cleaning or damages. Strictly no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed inside the property, and violations incur a minimum $400 fee, with additional cleaning charges if damage or lingering odors are found.
