The home is warm and welcoming with a large entry/mud room to hang your coat where you can also sit down to remove your shoes. Next you will enter the first living room, and keep on going through the sunroom, which has incredible views in all directions. Also located on this floor are the gourmet kitchen and dining room, which are very open and spacious, and with excellent light (including dimming options), it is truly great for entertaining! The kitchen also has stone countertops, beautiful tongue and groove ceiling and recessed lighting, along with ample storage space. From the dining room, double French doors lead to a second living room which boasts views of the mountains, and can be used as an additional bedroom if needed. There is also a bathroom on this floor. Go upstairs, and visit the upper level, where there is a master suite with two private balconies: one in the front overlooking the road and the second in back surrounded by the mountains and trees. There is also a very large walk-in closet as well as an attached bath (you won't run out of hot water with the on-demand hot water system!). The guest bedroom on this upper level has great views towards the town, and a bathroom is right outside in the hallway. Go downstairs to the lower level, and you will find another master suite with its own bathroom, complete with a private walk-out to the large lower level deck. The lower level deck is perfect for grilling, and you can also make use of the outside dining area on warm days. There are two attached garage spaces for parking, which also comes with its own heating, plus extra parking areas in the yard (and a snowblower available for the winter months). Relax and take in the views of Pikes Peak from the park-like sitting area above the parking lot, or take a stroll around the friendly neighborhood and view the wildlife that roams frequently. If you’re more of a hiker, there are endless miles of nature trails easily accessible without ever having to even get in car. And do not forget to relax in the newly installed hot tub after a long day! Whatever you do, enjoy the quiet and fresh air that this mountain life offers, while feeling fully comfortable with motion-senser lights on all sides.
