The bedroom features a very comfortable queen-size bed with a Casper medium memory foam mattress and a full closet equipped with hangers, an iron, a fan, and extra blankets. The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, pots and pans, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a Keurig for coffee and tea. Parking is free and available on the street, ensuring you shouldn't have any issue finding a spot. A pet fee of $60 per pet per stay applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Over-the-Rhine (OTR) is renowned as one of the nation's premier historic districts, experiencing significant growth and revitalization in recent years. The neighborhood boasts the Cincinnati Bell Connector (streetcar), a continually growing brewery district, Washington Park, Findlay Market, and numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. By walking down the Ohio Ave steps adjacent to the property, you'll find yourself steps away from Northern Row brewery, Skeleton Root Urban Winery, Rhinegeist Brewery, Odd Fellows Liquor Bar, Urban Axes (Axe Throwing), the streetcar, Findlay Market, and over 20-30 restaurants and shops. The Cincinnati Bell Connector has two stations nearby, one at Elm and Findlay and another at Race and Elder, right by Findlay Market. The area is undergoing revitalization and is in the city, so you'll hear typical city noise. Entrance to this unit is around the back by taking the stairs to the right of the house. Access to the laundry closet is available upon request, as it is typically locked. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise down after 10 PM. Shoes should be removed at the door.
