The apartment is the first floor, and basement of a multifamily building. From the front door you are in the main hall with the four bed rooms. The windows are large, and recently replaced to let in lots of light, but keep out the winter cold. The biggest available room is 16" by 12" and has a giant walk in closet for those of us with a large wardrobe. It is available for $1350. Next to it we have the smallest room, which is still pretty big at 10" by 12" for $1150. The first floor also has the first of the available bath rooms, and finally the last bed room for $1250. I currently live in the fourth bed room at the back of the house. Downstairs we have an open floor plan kitchen with an island, and living room area. Large windows still let in natural light, as you cook your meals, and watch TV in an 1100 square foot common area. The basement also has a free washer and dryer so that you can do your laundry from the comfort of home. Just please no pets, I am allergic.
