Located on a busier road, there is potential for noise. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Parties, events, or social gatherings of any size are not allowed at any time of the day. Our external security cameras can monitor occupancy, and a violation of these rules can result in the cancellation of the remainder of your stay without any refund and an additional penalty of up to $500. Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard, and guests must pick up after their pet, or incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $250 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry.
