Property Ratings at 1063 E. Cascade Ave- Next to UWRF and CVTC
Apartment is standard for the area, management of this building sucks. They do not answer emails until a week after its sent and any maintenance requests take esteemed long to get fixed, if they ever do. Also, if you have pets, don't bother living here. The pet rent is outrageous (I pay $200 A MONTH for my medium sized dog) and it isn't consistant throughout the units (my neighbors with a similar sized dog pays $45 a month). Parking also sucks because each apartment only gets 4 spots but has 5-6 people living inside so it's always a fight to find a spot. They say snow removal is included but yet they wait weeks after heavy snow to plow, this year I had to push out 5 people in one day because there was so much snow. Don't bother living here, it's not worth it.
