This AirBNB Studio suite is located in SW Austin on a beautiful 2+ acre ranch. It is a private studio, connected to a main house. It has it's own entrance, with large open space, large full bathroom and kitchenette with microwave and full size fridge. Laundry room is attached. It can be rented fully furnished, or you can bring your own furniture. The outdoor space includes picnic area with lounge chairs, hammocks, bbq, fire-pit, ping pong table, yoga and meditation area, and alpacas in the back pasture. This place is very quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for someone who loves the country and wants to get away from traffic noise, yet be close to everything. This Airbnb is rented for $100/night. Will consider short term rental (1-3 months) for $1,200/mo. or a year lease for $800/mo. Looking for a female tenant. Must have secure funds/income to cover the rent. No smoking! No drugs! LBGTQ friendly. Must be OK around large dogs and alpacas. No application fee, but I will need to check your credit report and get references from previous landlords.
