Hugging the Cumberland River, suburban Donelson is home to the famed Grand Ole Opry country music hall and the adjacent Opryland resort and shopping malls. This home is just 10 miles east of downtown. A few hip Southern eateries and craft beer pubs dot Lebanon Pike, and a seasonal Friday farmers’ market draws crowds for artisanal eats and live music. A greenway trail bisects sprawling Stones River Bend Park. Cooter’s museum celebrates “The Dukes of Hazzard.” Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on the property unless pre-approved prior to your stay. Decorations with glitter or confetti and decorations on the wallpaper are prohibited. This property has a zero-tolerance policy on being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come and go. Outdoor noise levels should be kept down to respect the neighbors. Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property; a $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. If there is a call from a neighbor because of loud noise, that could result in a $500 fine. If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please provide a heads-up. The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess, so please leave the space in good condition. Please make sure all doors are shut and locked when not in use and do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Primary Guest must be 21 years or older, and photo ID information must match the information on your credit card. Includes 2 workstations in the office room. Registration Number: [SI]
