This "boho chic" designed home features exposed beams, custom millwork, and a private backyard. Bedroom 1 includes a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. Bedroom 2 features a twin trundle bed with memory foam mattresses and a desk area. Bathroom 2 is adjacent to Bedroom 2 and has a deep soaking tub/shower. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, plenty of seating, and a smart TV. Dining areas include a dining table and an island with stools. A stacked washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Outdoor furniture, including a dining table, chairs, and a loveseat, is available on the covered porch. Hugging the Cumberland River, suburban Donelson is home to the famed Grand Ole Opry country music hall and the adjacent Opryland resort and shopping malls. The home is 5 minutes from BNA airport, 5 minutes from Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention center (home of The Grand Ole Opry), and 5 minutes from several major shopping centers and restaurants. It is also just 10 miles east of downtown. A few hip Southern eateries and craft beer pubs dot Lebanon Pike, and a seasonal Friday farmers’ market draws crowds for artisanal eats and live music. A greenway trail bisects sprawling Stones River Bend Park. Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on the property unless pre-approved prior to your stay. There is a zero tolerance policy on the property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come and go. Quiet hours are observed, and outdoor noise levels should be kept down. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. Luggage drops are not allowed. While staying, please make sure all doors are shut and locked when not in use and do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Guests staying longer than 3 weeks will incur an extra cleaning fee. The primary guest must be 21 years or older, and photo ID information must match the information on your credit card. Includes a desk area in bedroom 2. Registration Number: [SI]
