These are vintage 1900s rooms, with hardwood floors and their own sink. Bathrooms, kitchen and common areas are cleaned daily. We have a safe and respectful atmosphere and work hard to keep it that way. We have many international guests, artists and locals as well. Well situated just two blocks from the Little Tokyo metro station, and the FREE Dash A bus line stops on the same block. All of your favorite Arts District and Little Tokyo restaurants are just steps away. Come experience a slice of Los Angeles history! Monthly rent includes all utilities, as well as access to wifi network (speed not guaranteed). Parking in front of building is metered, free at night. Fully free parking can be found a couple of blocks away. Furnished rooms can be provided for $150/more per month. One year lease is $1000, six months is $1125, 3 months is $1250, and monthly is $1375. Minimum one month security required. Background check and credit score will be reviewed.
