Tenants will share the common areas of the house (kitchen, living room, dining room, libraries, laundry, basement party room) with 8 other men who are members of the Sigma Phi Society (a small men’s fraternity) and will be expected to contribute to the general upkeep of these areas to maintain the landmark in good condition.  Tenants may be offered the opportunity to join Sigma Phi if mutually agreed upon, but this is not an expectation.  All utilities and wi-fi are included. No smoking and no pets allowed.
