About This Home
Hi all! Looking to fill one larger bedroom ($1000/month) and one smaller bedroom ($800/month) in a beautiful 4br, 2bath at 1056 North Ave. The lease is from now – June 2026. Two full bathrooms means never waiting for someone to get out of the shower and a spacious kitchen means everyone can cook as they need. There’s an unfinished basement which has been used mostly for storage and a little bit as a workshop. It’s been great for keeping bikes out of the weather in the winter and keeping skis/snowboards away in the summer. There are plenty of off street parking spots, both for tenants as well as any friends that might come over. On-site laundry as well! Located in the New North End, you’re a five minute walk to Leddy Park (beach, skating rink, tennis courts, open fields) and the Burlington Bike Path or just a five minute drive to North Beach. One found one of the most convenient aspects of the location is that Hannafords is just a one minute drive away. Late night snack access! This property is rented through bissonette properties who are very convenient and easy to work with. They provide free plowing of the parking lot in the winter and are quick to respond to tenant maintenance requests. Our dryer broke once and they had it fixed within the week. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to learn more!!
