Less than 30 minutes away from downtown Portland during commute hours. This is the only rental property owned by the owner and is consistently improving the property. All improvements are completed with permits and inspections from city (for instance, downstairs used to be a big garage). Screening criteria: Gross income per month 2.5x rent ($5,500+), Credit score 650+ (negotiable), all tenants 18 and older must apply and sign lease agreement, good rental history.
