Guest access instructions will be sent in a message on the morning of check-in. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Loitering in the lobby before or after your reservation is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized. A fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors present. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Guests must let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions, no refunds. For certain guests, we may require an ID to be uploaded or presented during check-in, at our sole discretion. Exterior cameras are present and guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with them. First offense will result in a warning, and the second offense will result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes.
