Important House Rules: Unapproved late checkout or unapproved early check-in will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check-in time, respectively. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this is your gateway to exploring the best of Chicago with ease. There is a noise level monitor in the living room. Loitering in the lobby before or after your reservation is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine. Temperature Control Notice: Due to City of Chicago regulations, between the months of October and April, the building's system is set to heat only and doesn’t switch back to cold air until May. The system is set to cold air between the months of May and September. All of our units have both a standing fan and a space heater in a closet, and windows can be opened for fresh air. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized. A fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors present. Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens FOB Keys, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00. For certain guests, we may require an ID to be uploaded or presented during check-in, at our sole discretion. Exterior Cameras: Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras. First offense: A warning will be issued. Second offense: Reservation will be canceled without a refund. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes. Please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Includes a dedicated workstation, ideal for traveling professionals or remote workers. A laptop computer is not included.
