All parking options are paid. Options include paid street parking, nearby parking garages, and parking lots. A $100 fee applies per pet (max 2 pets) only if you bring a pet. Pets are welcome, but must be declared on the reservation. Uptown Chicago is a cultural tapestry, rich in history and bursting with energy. This northside neighborhood is a hub for music and entertainment, home to the iconic Aragon Ballroom and the Riviera Theatre, where live shows fill the air with electric notes. Nature lovers will adore the tranquility of Montrose Beach, a lakeside haven perfect for unwinding or engaging in water sports. Stroll along the streets lined with historic buildings, savor diverse culinary delights, and immerse yourself in the vibrant nightlife. Uptown is not just a place to stay; it's a community to experience. Navigating the vibrant streets of Uptown Chicago from this apartment is a breeze. The Lawrence Red Line station is now open and just a 4-minute walk away, offering fast, direct access to downtown Chicago and beyond. The Argyle Red Line station is also just a 9-minute walk, with numerous bus stops in the area as well. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this is your gateway to exploring the best of Chicago with ease. There is a noise level monitor in the living room. Loitering in the lobby before or after your reservation is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine. There is a maximum of 2 guests, which will be strictly enforced. Due to City of Chicago regulations, between the months of October and April, the building's system is set to heat only and doesn’t switch back to cold air until May. The system is set to cold air between the months of May and September. All of our units have both a standing fan and a space heater in a closet, and windows can be opened for fresh air. Unapproved late checkout or unapproved early check-in will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check-in time, respectively. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized. A fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors present. Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items. There are no exceptions to this rule; you are responsible for any lost or damaged property during your reservation. To ensure a secure environment for all guests, please do not allow anyone into the building who does not have their own means of entry. Every guest or visitor must buzz themselves in using their personal access method—whether through the buzzer system, QR code, or the app provided. First Violation: You will receive a formal warning. Second Violation: Your reservation will be cancelled without a refund. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy. Guests must let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions, no refunds. Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens FOB Keys, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. For certain guests, we may require an ID to be uploaded or presented during check-in, at our sole discretion. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras. First offense: A warning will be issued. Second offense: Reservation will be canceled without a refund. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes. Please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit. Includes a dedicated workstation ideal for traveling professionals or remote workers.
