Two living rooms provide ample space for relaxation and gathering. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from cookware to coffee makers, and includes a breakfast nook. Enjoy outdoor bliss with shared multiple decks featuring outdoor dining, lounge furniture, an outdoor propane grill, a hot tub, and a stunning canyon view. Shared carport with EV charger and free street parking with no restrictions for convenient parking. EV Charging (Level 2) is available during non-peak hours only (11 pm-7 am) and will be charged based on kilowatt hours used. EVs have priority in the carport parking spot. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. Trash and recycling should be put out on the curb on Wednesday nights for Thursday morning pickup. A 5% fee applies to all credit card processing for direct bookings, with refunds processed according to our refund policy minus any credit card processing fees.
