The rent includes water, trash, recycling, and gas service, and access to 5 Highlands Ranch community rec centers, pools, and nearly 70 miles of walking trails! Per HOA, pets not allowed, our apologies. $28 Application Fee per person due when submitting application. $150 Holding Fee due when application is screened (is applied to security deposit once approved or refunded if not approved).
