Every apartment also has its own washer and dryer. There is no extra charge for using the laundry facilities. Additionally, each suite is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances including stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Each unit is furnished with sofa and flat screen TV in the living room, as well as bar stools in the kitchen area. Bedrooms are unfurnished so you can decorate as you please. Parking spaces are provided in the back.

Private on suite bedroom and bathroom, $795/month on the 2nd floor. Shared living room, kitchen and laundry with the 3 other tenants.
