The town is known for its serene lakes, lush parks, and vibrant community atmosphere. Sparkling lakes like American Lake, Lake Steilacoom, and Waughop Lake provide opportunities for kayaking and fishing. Fort Steilacoom Park features trails and open fields. The apartment is conveniently located near Lakewood Towne Center, AMC Lakewood Mall 12, Zesty Steakhouse, Lakewood Gardens, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Tacoma Dome, Fort Steilacoom Park, Olympus Spa, Parkland Putters, and Downtown Tacoma. There are no pets allowed at the property, and anyone found to have brought a pet will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. Parties and events are not allowed. If guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee between $500-$700, and a charge for carpet cleaning will also be applied, dependent on the size of the home. Guests must adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking, or games) from 10 pm to 7 am daily, and failure to do so can result in a $100 fine per incident. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged. Smoking of any kind is not allowed at the property, including cannabis or vape, and any smoke debris or smell will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. The host reserves the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests and will not hesitate to terminate your stay if guests continue to demonstrate such a pattern of communication.
