Damaged linens, towels, utilities, or equipment upon check-out will incur fees. Follow city guides on garbage, recycling, and composting to avoid fines. Parking guides must be followed to avoid fees. A zero-tolerance policy is in place for false claims, and serious consequences may follow. During winter, do not leave windows or doors open to prevent pipe damage. The mailbox is not included, and compensation is not offered for unforeseeable inconveniences. No temporary or permanent fixtures are allowed, and food or debris should not be put down sinks. Tampering with safety devices will result in eviction after the third offense. No parties, drugs, excessive drinking, or loud music are allowed. A $250 CAD fine applies for smoking violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and noise complaints may lead to eviction. Late check-out requests must be submitted 24 hours in advance, or additional fees will apply.
