Fenced in back yard with lots of shade. Off street parking for one vehicle. There is not a garage for you to use. There is central heat and A/C. The furnace is 95% efficient which saves you on your heating bill. Newer water heater. You pay all utilities. Our requirements are: A one year lease, no evictions or felonies in the past 5 years, the household makes at least 3x the monthly rent, and no evictions in the last 5 years.
