Important house rules include no smoking or vaping of any kind with a $250 fine, a $250 fee for lost key and/or FOB, a late check-out fee of $50 per hour, no shoes inside, no wiping makeup with towels, no unauthorized guests upstairs with an additional $150 per guest based on security camera, and no parties or events with a $250 additional cleaning fee. Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet to avoid heavy fines. Any missing items will be charged to the account. A laptop computer is not included.
