Unless you want water bugs crawling all over you in your sleep and your apartment infested with termites and water bugs don’t move here!!!!! Loud grass cutting 7am on the dot for 3 hours twice a week such a headache Management is pretty poor
I have lived here for 4 years now and it is definitely the most quiet place I have lived. Yes there is normal noise from the upkeep of the landscape and when the management company keeps up with repairs. But we are always notified of scheduled repairs before hand. The complex is very pet friendly, I've even seen someone walking their cat and pet iguana. Whenever there has been an issue in my unit as long as I bring it to the leasing offices attention they make sure it is taken care of in a timely manner. Which submitting work orders is extremely easy with the maintenance call center. Overall I am very happy here and it has been a great place to call home.
I can't believe some of the reviews posted here calling this place horrible and such - sounds like sour grapes! Brookstone is a beautiful place to live. I have lived here for over 9 years and am very happy. I especially appreciate the gated access. The management team is so friendly and kind and there are resident events every month that I always attend. The recreation facilities are stellar - the pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, BBQs, etc. And the landscaping is wonderful. Come see this place and find out for yourself!
Home wasn’t cleaned upon move-in. Water is discolored with brown and debris comes out the pipes every day. There are termites infesting the current building. Do not let them lie to you and tell you they aren’t. Multiple water shutdowns for hours a day, multiple times a month. Loud grass cutting at 7-8AM on days, and paper thin windows and walls do not help those who have late night jobs. Dog owners for the most part are fine, except 2 or 3, whose dogs relentlessly bark and run at you, so be careful walking your children as this might scare them.
The most dangerous place I've ever lived. Air conditioning units are all defective and they know it. Staff are angry and abusive. Cars are constantly being vandalized and broken into. Parking lot is not safe. You need to take measures to protect yourself when going out to your car and even inside your unit.
Stay away from this nightmare. VERY DANGEROUS. Garbage dumpsters are overflowing with putrid waste. Vehicles are broken into regularly. Office staff are angry & abusive. Do not subject yourself to this.
I live here with my wife and twin boys. We love this place and have been here 1 yr. The bedrooms have huge closets. Our kitchen came with fridge and stove and dish washer. Staff is really friendly and whenever a repair is needed they fix it right away. A/c works great since they installed an energy efficient one when we moved in. My kids love the pool and jacuzzi. We plan on being here a couple more years.
This apartments are great very quite neighborhood the apartment manager are great very good costumer service if you need anything to be repair the will send you someone right away they always maintaining the apartments in very good condition they just improve the parking lot they allowed pets the swimming pool water is warm and cozy very well maintain I really like this place am very happy here.
