Close to everything

My apartment is very nice regarding the location close to hospital where i work, close to the mall, bus stop and grocery store. Downside is it is very outdated for furnitures old cabinets very Little kitchen, small bedrooms, Parking is terrible so far from our apartment, when i have food delivered they cannot find my apartment its like where in the middle of nowhere in between these two apartmwnt so you have to walk from thesd other apartment side walk so you'll be able to see ours. Our landlord raised my rent after 1 year of living here with $90 can u believe that. The walls are not properly insulated during winter it is so cold and during summer it is so hot.
