Please be aware of ongoing city LRT construction near the building, which typically occurs during daytime hours. The main entrance to the building is locked from 9 PM to 7 AM; check-in from the back entrance is required outside these hours. This unit does not have air conditioning; fans are provided for comfort. Guests should expect city sounds, including occasional sirens from the nearby fire station. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM, with a $500 fee for unauthorized events or parties. Pets are not permitted, and a minimum $250 fee will be charged for any evidence of unauthorized pets. Smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the property, with violations incurring a minimum $400 fee.
