Smoking and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited, with a $250 fee for violations. Pets are not permitted, and a $250 fee applies if evidence of an unauthorized pet is found. The maximum number of guests is 4, with a $40 fee per unauthorized guest per night. Lost, damaged, or missing keys or fobs incur a $250 fee.
