Walk out back to enjoy a back deck and yard, or zip into town which is only minutes away. This property is leased jointly, with a monthly rent of $1,200. A $1200 security deposit and $200 administrative fee are due upon signing. This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application. Included with monthly rent is yard mowing and water supplied through a shared well located on the property. Electricity is provided by Blue Ridge Energy, and Charter services internet and cable. These utilities, along with trash hauloff, are the responsibility of the tenants. Refrigerator, washer and dryer, and stove are also included as an added amenity!
