Each resident has their own designated pantry and refrigerator space for groceries and supplies. Quiet owner lives/works mostly in opposite end of house. Parking is easy in front of house on friendly culdesac with quick/easy access to freeway routes 16 and 5. Great walks down to Puget Sound beach/trails and even over the famous Narrows bridge Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Winco and other grocery and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to library, Tacoma Community College, and bus connections. No smoke(ing) of any kind on property. No parties. No overnight guests. Rare and brief guests are ok with advanced notice as long as there's no inconvenience to other residents. Single occupant only. No pets. However, in case of allergies, please know that the owner has an indoor cat in her side of the house. A house cleaner will assist with cleaning common areas.
