This is a 4-plex apartment, so the unit is attached to others, and you may occasionally hear light noise from neighboring units. Quiet time starts at 10 PM. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and if an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot. Any cleanup related to a party or gathering will incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside, as excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. There is a $500 fine for indoor smoking, but outdoor smoking is permitted.
