This home features luxurious interiors and is nestled within easy reach of a diverse array of clubs, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and boutiques. This exquisite home features a queen bedroom with a smart TV and en suite kitchenette, plus a full bathroom with a soaking tub and shower on the first floor. Also on the first floor is a king bedroom with a twin trundle and twin bed, plus a TV, an adjacent full bathroom with a tub/shower, a chic den with a wrap-around couch, an oversized ottoman, plush soft seating, and a smart TV, and a laundry room. The second floor features a large living room, a large dining area, a large kitchen with an island and bar stools, and a custom mural. There is also a king bedroom with a twin trundle, a smart TV, and an adjacent full bathroom with a tub/shower, as well as a back patio with an outdoor dining table and seating. The third floor features a king bedroom with a twin trundle, a smart TV, and an en suite full bathroom with a shower, a living area with a smart TV, a laundry room, and an outdoor patio overlooking the city with a hot tub, an outdoor dining table, and soft seating. Located in The Gulch, this home is within walking distance of restaurants and bars. McDougal’s Chicken + Beer Garden is a 1-minute walk, STK is a 5-minute walk, Sambuca and Kitchen 404 are a 6-minute walk, and Peg Leg Porker BBQ is a 10-minute walk. It's a quick scooter ride or Uber to Downtown/Broadway. The 12 South District is a 3-minute ride, and Music City Center and Broadway are a 4-minute ride. Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on the property unless pre-approved prior to your stay. There is a zero-tolerance policy on the property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come and go. Exterior cameras verify who is entering the home. If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property, and a fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Quiet hours should be observed to respect the neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in a fee. Any requests to modify your reservation (not including cancellation) made within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date will incur a $100 change fee, which applies per change request and will be charged in addition to any price differences resulting from the modification. There is construction going on in the neighborhood, which may get noisy at times. Construction activity is allowed Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No construction activity that requires a permit shall occur on Sundays and City Holidays. June, July, and August the time would be from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. The hot tub is serviced weekly, and it may fall during your stay. The service tech must enter the house to service the hot tub on the roof deck, so guests must agree (prior to booking) to allow them in to service the hot tub to keep it maintained.
