You can literally pull out of here and be on the cross town express way to get to Channelside (8 minutes), Ybor (7 minutes) Downtown (8 minutes), the airport (20 minutes), hyde park (10 minutes), or just about anywhere else in south Tampa (15 minutes). Also with extremely close access to I-75, you can be in Sarasota in 45 minutes, USF 20 minutes, or Orlando in less than an hour.This facility is close to Progressive, PMSI, and not far from CITI as well. If you shop the area, you will realize that this is a GREAT deal! 1 bedrooms start at a $1500 here, and that's before you turn on any utilities. The BRAND new places around here start at $2000-$2400 and that's before you turn on any utilities! You would have your own bedroom and bathroom and it includes a washer and dryer. I have my MBA, do real estate full time, and have other business interests as well. Honestly, I'd prefer to have a drug free, drama free individual who either has a steady source of employment or other arrangements to guarantee they can pay their portion of the rent every month. Would prefer someone who DOES NOT work from home. I also want to add that I like my AC so if you are one of these people who like to keep their house at 74-75 degrees, you’re probably not going to want to live here as I keep the place 72 during the day and 70 degrees at night. Also if you planning on moving in there will be a visitor policy as well. This will effectively be an understanding that I am not going to be having your friends or family sleeping on my couch! Will go month to month if I can get first and last months rent. Per the condo association rules you will also be required to pass a background check verifying you're not a felon or sex offender. Great place to live, close to everything, great people here, start enjoying life!!
