The Chef's Kitchen is a standout, offering a granite island and countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, and a 6-burner range oven. Just minutes from Google! Owner is responsible for the cost of winterizing/closing the pool before winter and reopening it before the summer season. During the period when the pool is in use, tenant is responsible for routine maintenance (at least once per month). Owner can recommend a pool maintenance service if needed. Hot tub is not in use. Background check required. Minimum credit score of 700 (no credit reports showing delinquency, charge-offs, or unpaid debts; no open bankruptcy cases). No eviction history or collections. Income must be at least three times the rent amount. 12-month lease, no smoking, no cosigners. We do not accept portable screening reports. Renter's insurance is mandatory. Pets case by case and subject to restriction and additional deposit. First month's rent and a security deposit (equivalent to one month's rent) are required. The lease must start within 30 days of application submission.

Located on Lake Washington, life in Downtown Kirkland is all about the water: boating and sailing, swimming, and fishing. In fact, two local marinas -- Marina Park and Carillon Point -- have guest moorage so visitors can hop off their boats and go shopping or have dinner downtown. For those who prefer to get around on land, Kirkland offers miles of bike lanes and a series of bike routes called the "7 Hills of Kirkland." Downtown Kirkland has a bicycle rental program, as well. Big Finn Hill Park, a 220-acre park, includes a five-mile mountain bike trail.
Downtown Kirkland is very walkable -- in fact, with the beautiful scenery, walking may become your favorite way of getting around. Be sure to try the Lake View Walk -- it's just over a mile along the waterfront and leads past some of Kirkland's best outdoor artwork. With Woodinville Wine Country next door, Downtown Kirkland residents enjoy some of the region's top restaurants, wineries, and tasting rooms.
