We have a 3 car detached garage on our property, with a 400 sq ft. apartment on top - perfect for one occupant. It has warm radiator heating units for the winter, and cooled by an AC window unit in the summer. There is no washer or dryer, but there is a laundry mat a few blocks away. Tenant will pay for the Electric and Gas from PSE&G, and the property owner will pay the water and sewer bill for the tenant's usage. Cooper River Park is a few blocks north, and PATCO speed line is a few blocks south. Tenant has off street parking in a dedicated space in our wide black top driveway. A safe, quiet place - walking distance from the bustling Haddon Ave for shopping, restaurants and bars. We hope to hear from you!
