Our electricity bill averages $150 per month keeping the heat between 60 and 65 degrees in the winter. We also use Xfinity for our internet, but you can use whatever provider works for you. And unfortunately at this time pets are only allowed in the unit with proper ESA documentation. If selected by current tenants for lease takeover you must also be able to pass a background check with Access Real Estate Services to become official new tenants and depending on your status as a full-time student you may need 1 co-signer.
