This is a smoke-free environment; smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside this apartment, including balconies, patios, common, and parking areas. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Parties are not allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee.
