This locally inspired apartment is perfect for leisure, business, and family, and is wheelchair accessible. This apartment is designed with modern decor infused with authentic Nashville-inspired touches. It features a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. Enjoy the garden area to lounge and relax with friends, and a community garden with a cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. One complimentary parking spot is available. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, dogs only, no Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds. An additional $100-300 pet fee applies based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and their presence can be declined. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings, early check-in, and late check-out (when available) can be arranged for additional fees. This apartment is within walking distance of many places in Music Row, including Old Glory and Bella Napoli. It is also walking distance to Midtown, where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber rides to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. For the adventurous, dockless Lime scooters are also available for getting around. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside this apartment, including balconies, patios, common, and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. A $75/hour late fee applies for late check-out. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry anytime after check-in using a personalized access code received before arrival. No outside guests are permitted without permission. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, guests will be asked to provide a copy of an official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in cancellation and denied entry. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. Guests will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Guests may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old.
