It has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Guests can also enjoy complimentary coffee and a garden area to lounge and relax. One complimentary parking spot is available. Guests can also enjoy the community garden with a cabana, two outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. Additional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are offered for an additional fee. There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row, such as Old Glory and Bella Napoli. Midtown is also within walking distance, where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The condo is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets (40lbs combined, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds) are allowed, with an additional pet fee based on stay length. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of an official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through a verification portal.
