Additional fees apply for these services. There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row, including favorites like Old Glory and Bella Napoli. Explore the Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods for shopping, restaurants, and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying. Despite the free parking spot, a car is not needed as you are within walking distance to Midtown, where you'll find local bars. Lyft or Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. For the bold and adventurous, dockless Lime scooters are recommended for travel. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided and a valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code, which you’ll receive before arrival.
