Enjoy one complimentary parking spot. There are many places within walking distance of this building in Music Row. Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. Midtown is within walking distance, where you'll find local bars. A ride via Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks costs only $5-7 one-way. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty will be assessed for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am each day. The check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are permitted, with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. [SI]
