One complimentary parking spot is included. Additional pet fee from $100-300 based on stay length. There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row, such as Old Glory and Bella Napoli. A car is not needed, as it is walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through the verification portal.
