This wheelchair-accessible apartment is perfect for leisure, business, and family. This apartment features a modern design infused with authentic Nashville-inspired decor and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and a garden area to lounge and relax with friends. The community garden includes a cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. One complimentary parking spot is included. Additional services are available for an extra fee, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available). Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length. This apartment is steps away from the best shopping, dining, and live music in Nashville. Many places are within walking distance, such as Old Glory and Bella Napoli. The Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods offer shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting attractions. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Removing smoke detectors incurs a $500 penalty, and a lost key fob incurs a $200 penalty. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. [GO]
