The apartments are QUIET and well equipped and preferred by Graduate and Doctoral students and Professionals alike. They are ideal for one, yet double occupancy is permitted with an additional $20.00 per month. These are great apartments for someone wanting a very private atmosphere in which to live. The IU Campus is an easy 15–20-minute walk away. The location is very convenient to IU's professional Schools - Kelley, Luddy, O'Neill, Psychology, Geology. Downtown is only a few blocks away. Sunflower II offers free parking to each tenant. Besides, the complex is located on the City Bus line. The apartments offer built-in bookshelves, vinyl and quality carpeted floors, custom made kitchen cabinets and counter tops. Cats are permitted with an extra deposit. Leases begin on 8/15/23, but we may have earlier availabilities, therefore please contact us. Each year we have only a few apartments opening up and they are rented quickly. We take pride in our apartments and continue to receive high ratings and recommendations for our properties and our personal service. Built in book shelves, vinyl and carpeted floors, custom made kitchen cabinets and counter tops, on the bus lines, off street parking and an easy 15-20 minute walk to the IU Campus. NOW is the big rush for apartments this summer and next fall. We rent on line with never the first complaint. HURRY before we're sold out. Due to the coronavirus we are doing rentals via our website and FedEx. It's very simple and we promise you a nice apartment with no nasty surprises. We take care of business and our tenants love us. Only website tours, no in person tours due to the virus. What you see on our website or on this ad is what you get, no nasty surprises. We did this for this past rental season and everyone was very pleased with their apartments. It's easy to work through our rental process and I'll be right here to walk you through it.
