Short rides will take you to City Park, Jazz Fest, and Lafitte Greenway. The condo is also 0.7 miles to Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Center, an 8-minute walk to Caesars Casino, and 0.9 miles to the Convention Center. Minimum 3-night stay is required for New Orleans residents. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced and unauthorized guests or parties will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM, with violators charged a $200 fine. Smoking in the unit or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact before their stay. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and a State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact before booking.
