Doorway Widths (Measured Clearance): *Bedroom Doorway: 29 inches *Hallway Bathroom Doorway: 29 inches *Second Bathroom Doorway: 23 inches *Bathroom Space: Both bathrooms do not have sufficient space for a wheelchair turn-around. LEASING REQUIREMENTS *Seeking a friendly, respectful, career-driven individual. *Month-to-month lease agreement with a minimum of 6 month stay. *Formal Application Required: All applicants must complete a third-party formal application through RentSpree at a non-refundable cost of $39.99 per applicant. *Move-In Requirements: The full amount is required to secure the bedroom and must be paid prior to move-in. First Month's Rent: $950.00 (Prorated, so amount may be less based on move-in date) Last Month's Rent: $950.00 Security Deposit: $500.00 Total Due: $2,400.00 *Occupancy Fee for Large Bedroom: Due to Colorado's non-discrimination law, this large bedroom may accommodate a second person/couple. If a second person resides in the room for 15 or more hours per week, there is an Additional Resident Fee of $600.00 per month added to the base rent. This additional person fees will also apply to the move-in requirements stated above. *No Animals/Pets Policy: Manager accesses property approximately four times a month to carry out all-inclusive services has a dangerous allergy and autoimmune health condition to animal dander, fur and skin. Since an animal poses a direct, severe health and safety risk, no animals are permitted in the house and on the property.
